naked eye.But the K.N.M/Hilaalcommittee /K.J.U parties propogating
that Newmoon is NOmoon.How you can see the hilaal on Newmoonday ie22nd
July 09.
Crescent visibility chart in the moonsighting .com mentioned that in
India on 22nd July the Hilaal could not be sighted.You peoples are
bleming Islam and Holy Prophet>s.a.w.please stop it for your own safe
on Akhira.

Dear Abdushukoor, Assalamu alaikum,
You wrote about the moon sighting charts. I think they are only
predictions about the possibilities of sighting. I wrote in my last
letter, about some norms depended by astronomers for the prediction of
the possibility. The main thing before us is not the possibility
chart, and it is not a subject before me, I do not like to waste my
time in studying or researching different possibility predictions made
by many, from different parts of the world.. Because I know we are in
Kerala, we seek moon on the western horizon from the beaches in the
western part of our state. The area of observation is very important
for the chance of visibility, as we watch it from beaches in Kerala
the visibility chance will be very high, because the horizon is
completely open to us. If you have any details about the observation
made in the beaches of Kerala I like to get it and study it.
See a sentence in your mail to me: "You wrote 20 minuts are essentioal
for Hilaal sighting with naked eye." I did not write such an opinion
in my any mail to you or to anyone else. I asked in a mail to Ali
Manikfan, when discussing about the possibility of sighting crescent
on a day which its moon lag time was 20 minutes: 'Is 20 minutes not
enough for sighting?' that is all.

of the above said organizations, so I am not answering a question
about them, but I have to note a point here about the "new moon = no
moon" slogan. It is not about A DAY, i.e. new moon day as you wrote,
but about the TIME of the new moon. 'New moon is no moon' means 'no
moon can be sighted at the TIME of new moon. It is not against WE; but
against YOU.

I cleared my stand on this area, in this mail, see part one. And the
possibility chart in the moonsighting.com is not prepared by our holy
prophet, and when we agree a sighting report, against the prediction
of that site we are not doing anything against prophet. Prophet taught
us to observe fast after sighting it, and to stop fast after sighting
it. You are doing against the teaching of our prophet, i.e. you are
observing fast one day before sighting it and stooping fast one day
before sighting it. Obey Allah and His messenger first, and then use
their name for their sake, not for your sake.
Once, a dead body in a mortuary started to speak to the mortuary
keeper, and said: 'I did not die." The keeper replied: "an eminent
doctor judged that you died, whom I want to believe? An eminent doctor
or just you; so keep quiet; and be there". Your words (which
follwing) are not better than this joke: "How you can see the hilaal
on Newmoonday ie22nd July 09. Crescent visibility chart in the
moonsighting .com mentioned that in India on 22nd July the Hilaal
